Shop Online 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week.  We will respond to any order by the next business day.  Typically, your order will be shipped in 1-2 days, depending on product availability.  

 

IMPORTANT:  Your order may take longer to be shipped if we have to wait for a backorder, or if we have to contact you to offer a substitution.  Please make sure that the email address and phone number that you provide when you order is your primary contact info, because that is the info we will use to contact you about any availability or substitution issues.

Attention Flying Disc Hunter Customers !!

Please keep in mind when you order, that the disc and weight you order may not be immediately in stock.  If that happens we will contact you with your options within a day or two.    Please make sure that the email address and phone number that you give us are correct.    Most of all, please be patient.  If your order is slow getting to you, it's probably because we're working hard to get you exactly what you ordered, or trying to contact you to offer a substitution.   

Shipping is Free*  when you purchase $50 or more and choose UPS Ground  

*To obtain free shipping, You must select UPS Ground as your shipping preference.  You must reside in the continental US.  Free Shipping offer is valid for retail orders placed online.   Offer is good for  UPS Ground shipments only.  Offer not valid for Second Day and Overnight Shipping.  Other rules and/or restrictions may apply.  And if you reside outside of North Carolina, you'll even get to keep the sales tax!

Shipment Delays

While we make every attempt to fill all orders placed, an order may be delayed or backordered. If a delay or backorder occurs you will receive notification via email.

If you do not wish to wait due to the delay or backorder, you may request a cancellation for your order, provided that the item(s) has not shipped. If we do not hear from you before we ship the items, we will assume you have agreed to the shipment delay.

If we cannot deliver your item(s) within 30 days of the order date, delay notice or backorder notification (whichever is greater), a cancellation will be processed automatically and you will receive a prompt refund for any unshipped portion of your order. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your credit card statement.

USPS Priority Mail   - Usually takes 7-10 days from the order date to arrive at your door.  Please allow 1-2 days more for rural areas.  Free shipping for UPS Ground orders over $50. 

International Shipping - Free Shipping offer does not apply.  We want to make sure that you pay the smallest shipping charge possible.  To accomplish this, for orders that are over fifty dollars, we do not add the shipping charge to your order until we know what the exact charge will be.  That way, you only pay the actual costs, and not an estimate, which may or may not be correct.  We have plenty of experience with International Shipping, so we know how to get it to YOU, and for the best rate possible.

International Shipping Estimates (Please understand, these are only estimates)

We consider your weight selection to be priority over color, and consider any mention of color to be simply a preference or request. If you do have a request, please send an e-mail to The Flying Disc Hunter accompanying your order, we will do our best to find the weight and color you request, but often times our stock is limited to what is currently available from the manufacturer.

We will ship you the disc weight that you specify, if that weight is in stock, otherwise we will ship you the closest weight we have as long it is not over or under 3 grams of the weight you specified. If we cannot come within 3 grams of the weight you request someone will notify you so we can discuss the status of your order. We will not ship you a weight over or under 3 grams of your specified weight without your permission.

All Other Merchandise:

We will notify you via e-mail if the item is currently out of stock, and estimate when we will have the item in stock and/or recommend a similar item. We will not ship a substituted item without your permission.

The Flying Disc Hunter is committed to protecting the privacy of our customers. Information we collect is used solely to process orders and enhance your personal shopping experience. We do not rent, trade or sell your personal information to any third party.

Contact information (e-mail address, telephone number, etc.) from the order form is used to send your order. Your contact information is also used to get in touch with you when necessary. Contact information for product recipients may also be collected in order to ensure correct product delivery. Financial information (credit card numbers, credit card expiration dates, billing address, etc.) that is collected is used to bill you for products and services. Financial information is not used for any other purpose than billing.
